Attorney Day has considerable experience representing individuals with respect to DCF matters. He has represented individuals being investigated by DCF, and he has represented individuals facing litigation arising out of DCF investigations.
Attorney Day's experience is unique in that he has vigorously challenged DCF's findings and also supported DCF's findings. In a recent case, Attorney Day worked with DCF, and this work eventually resulted in the arrest and prosecution of a child abuser, who is now a convicted felon.
